Customer service is one of our biggest priorities. Even though we are confident that you will be very pleased with our products, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, just return the complete set in this original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue your credit. Every customer is important to us and our promise is that we will do our best to provide a good shopping experience even when our customers decide to return our product for any reason.


We require that you return the items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for both ways shipping expenses in a return process. Please use the link to the return form and attach it your email to customerservice@myador.com or mail it to corporate address.  Please refer to the return instructions available in the return form.


If the product is damaged as you receive it due to shipping or any other reason, please contact our customer service with email or phone and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to assist you with your return. You will receive a full refund on the price of the item as well as any shipping and applicable tax. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to for your refunds to appear on your credit card after we receive the returned item.
