  • What are included in the Calypso baby girl shower set?

Please note that the Calypso Baby Girl shower favor set is available as a 20, 30 or 40 piece set.  The number of pieces refers to the number of dresses, note tags, cards, hangers and chocolates.

Our set comes in a beautifully designed Calypso Baby Boy hardcover box which includes; Calypso Baby Boy wooden box, miniature baby boy jumpsuits in blue and white colors, Hershey Kisses (“It's a boy” chocolates), invitation/Thank you cards with envelopes for guests, personal note tags, and cute wooden hangers for hanging baby boy jumpsuits.


Please note that the Calypso Baby Boy shower favor set is available as a 20, 30 or 40 piece set.  The number of pieces refers to the number of jumpsuits, note tags, cards, hangers and chocolates.

  • Can I only buy only baby jumpsuits or baby dresses or the wooden box?

Calypso baby shower set has been designed as a complete baby shower favor set and we do not sell parts of the set separately.

  • Can I see all my orders?

If you created an account in myador.com, then you can also sign in to your order history to view all your orders.

  • Can I pay by check?

Yes you can pay by check or money order. To pay by check you must print and complete the order form and mail it to Carousel City Inc. Your order will be processed when the order form and check/money order has been received. Please note that orders within North Carolina are subject to sales tax. Please click on the order form for details.

  • What is PayPal payment option?

PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on www.myador.com. It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you complete your transaction on the website.

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an immediate confirmation for your order from myador.com at the email address you provide. Print and save it for your records.

  • What are my shipping options?

We currently offer ground shipping (1- 5 business days) and will provide expedited shipping options with 2 and 3 business days. FedEx is our carrier for our shipments.

  • When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped in two business days after your order is received.

  • Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes you will receive a shipment notice by email from our carrier FedEx the day your order is shipped. This email will confirm the tracking number for your order. With the tracking number you will be able to track the shipment in every step of its way.

  • What if I do not receive my order by the estimated delivery date?

Please note that estimated delivery dates are the estimates of our carrier and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, estimated delivery dates can change. You can track your shipment with your tracking number on FedEx website.

  • What is your requirement for Refund/Return?

 Even though we are confident that you will be very pleased with our products, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, return the complete set with its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Please use the link to the return form and attach it your email to customerservice@myador.com or mail it to corporate address along with the product. Please refer to return instructions found on the return form.


If the product is damaged as you receive it due to shipping or any other reason, please contact our customer service with email or phone and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to assist you with your return. You will receive a full refund on the price of the item as well as any shipping and tax payments.

  • When will I get my refund?

It may take up to 10 business days for your refunds to appear on your credit card after we receive the returned item. 

  • Am I responsible for shipping charges when I return an item?

Yes.  Shipping charges both ways are not refundable and buyer is responsible for them so the payment less the shipping charges will be refunded. Buyer is not responsible for any shipping if the product is damaged.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order at no additional cost as long as the order has not been processed. Cancelation fees may apply. Please contact customer service at customerservice@myador.com or at 704 266 0203 for specific inquiries.

  • Will I be charged tax for my order?

We will not charge you sales tax unless your shipping address is within North Carolina.

  • Why do we ask for your email?

We are asking your email so that we can communicate your order confirmation and FedEx tracking number which will enable you to track the progress of the shipment. Your email will not be used for any other purpose and will not be shared with third parties. We recommend that you share your email for an increased level of communication and customer service. However if you do not prefer not to receive this communication, you may choose not to enter your email information.
